No, both afternoons are entirely free, and that includes the lunch when you arrive and the drinks we close with. We would rather have the right people in the room than recover the cost of the catering, so there is no ticket and no upsell at the door.
Every talk is held in Dutch. Both venues are in Flanders and the audience is Belgian, so Dutch is simply the language the room speaks. If you would rather follow along in English, let us know when you register and we will make sure someone sits with you to fill in the gaps.
C-level and decision-makers at manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers — the people who can actually green-light a change. If order intake, customer service, IT or the ERP falls under your responsibility, you will recognise most of what gets discussed. You do not need a technical background: the talks are about what the technology does to your process, not about how it is built.
Please do, both are welcome — these conversations tend to land better when two people hear them at once, whether that is a colleague who will have to make it work or someone from your own network wrestling with the same thing. Ask them to register separately so we can approve each seat individually and get the catering numbers right.
We read every registration ourselves rather than letting a system sort them, which usually takes a day or two. Once your seat is approved you will get an email with your personal registration link, the exact address, parking details and the full timing for the day.
No, and we have built the programme so it cannot quietly become one. Two of the three talks are given by people who run this inside their own company and are free to say what did not work, and the third is a hands-on deep-dive by an Anthropic Claude expert that has nothing to do with our product at all.

You will leave knowing what AI can already do to your order-to-cash process, what it cannot, and which of the two your competitors have figured out. Both afternoons are deliberately small, so there is room to ask the awkward questions.
