VLAIO Supports Hyperfox as Promising Startup

Through the Schaalklaar grant, VLAIO, the Flemish Agency for Innovation and Entrepreneurship, selects 15 promising startups each year to provide financial support. Hyperfox receives €350,000 in funding for growth acceleration.

From Startup to Growth Acceleration

After three years, Hyperfox has become a proven player in order automation. With prominent names such as Manna Foods, Selecta, Duplast, Gobo Logistics, Distrilog, Farmapunt, and many others, Hyperfox has demonstrated that automated order processing works in practice.

The Schaalklaar grant program targets young companies (1 to 5 years old) with the ambition and potential to scale in the near term. After a rigorous selection process from dozens of candidates, the decision committee of the Fund for Innovation and Entrepreneurship decided on November 20, 2025, to award funding to 15 companies, totaling €5.25 million in grants.

What Does Hyperfox Do?

Hyperfox is a B2B software company that automates order processing for companies in food, transport, and distribution. The platform captures orders from all channels – email, PDF, EDI, and portals – and automatically validates them against customer-specific pricing agreements and contract terms before they reach the ERP or TMS.

This control layer means back-office teams handle fewer manual exceptions, allowing operational leaders to focus on growth instead of data entry. Customers like Duplast, Farmapunt, Gobo Logistics, ... reduced their order processing time by an average of 70-85%.

Next Step: Growth Acceleration

The €350,000 Schaalklaar grant comes at a strategic moment. The focus for 2026 is strengthening presence in Benelux, expanding ERP integrations, and further developing AI validation for more complex order types.
