AI Forward comes to Hasselt and Ghent this October

On 1 and 8 October, Hyperfox AI Forward brings manufacturers, distributors and wholesalers together for an afternoon about what AI actually does to the order-to-cash process. The first afternoon runs at Corda AI Space in Hasselt, the second at the Wintercircus in Ghent.

The format is the same on both days, the line-up is not. In Hasselt, Clara De Smet (AI Lead at Hyperfox) opens on how AI is changing distribution and wholesale, after which Frank Ruette (COO at Gobo Logistics) explains how Gobo automated its own order-to-cash process and which steps he would approach differently a second time. In Ghent, Tom Devos (CEO at Hyperfox) takes the opening slot and Xavier De Pannemaeker (Managing Director at Revogan) walks through automating the chain end to end, from order intake to invoicing.

Both afternoons close with the same session: a hands-on deep-dive by Sander Meert, Anthropic Claude Expert at Lutum, on what Claude does for people running a company — working through contracts and reports, setting up analyses, preparing decisions. It is not a product demo.

Attendance is free and includes lunch and closing drinks. The talks are held in Dutch, seats are limited, and every registration is reviewed by hand before it is confirmed.
